Shipping

We deliver everywhere in Australia except Tasmania, with Australia Post from our Drysdale store. Parcels go out Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:30pm on weekdays, or before 10:30am on Saturdays (Melbourne time), are posted the same day. Later orders go out the next day we post, so orders placed after 10:30am on Saturday, or on Sunday, go out on Monday.

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 2-6 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are typically 2-3 business days, regional and rural areas may take longer.

Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days to most metro areas. Australia Post's Express Post network covers 80% of Australian addresses with next business day delivery to major centres.

Free Shipping on orders over $99, except large and bulky pieces (below).

Large and Bulky Pieces

Some pieces need a bigger box, so they carry their own flat delivery rate, whatever your order total: $10 for large pieces, like our bigger framed art and tall faux plants, and $25 for bulky pieces, like lamps, side tables and stools. The product page tells you before you add one to your cart. Each rate is charged once per order, and everything else in your order still ships free when your order is over $99.

Pick Up Only Pieces

A few of our biggest pieces, like armchairs, floor lamps and our tallest faux trees, are too big to post. They're pick up only from our Drysdale store, and the product page says so. If your order includes one, the whole order is collected in store.

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers, though large and bulky pieces may be too big for a locker. We don't ship to Tasmania or internationally at this time.

Local Pickup

Don't want to wait? Collect your order free from our Drysdale store, usually ready within 4 hours of placing your order.
